Manchester United have not performed as per their standards in the ongoing season. The Red Devils sits 8th in the English Premier League table and are out of the UEFA Champions League race. The side have struggled with form and injuries in the current season, Erik ten Hag have been underfire for his tactics and the fans are not happy with the side's peformance. However the management are keen in replacing the coach for the next season.
Ten Hag has been struggling to get in good terms with the players for his strict and discplinary actions. He has asked time from Sir Jim Ratcliffe who has the control over sporting operations as the Dutch coach believes he needs time to build the squad and the management should trust the process. In the left-back position, Shaw has had only 15 stars this season and Tyrell Malacia has zero starts and is not even available."
