India’s Prime Minister Narendra Modi, on Tuesday, addressed the nation and announced that the country will be under lockdown for the next 21 days to fight Coronavirus pandemic. There are more than 500 positive cases in India currently and to break the chain of transmission, the lockdown has been announced. Staying at home is of utmost importance at this situation which is why the Government has taken the stern step.
However, social media gimmicks always find a way to entertain themselves even during the hard times. During Modi’s 30-minute address to the nation and soon after he announced the lockdown or, in a way, curfew in the country, England cricketer Jofra Archer’s three-year-old tweet went viral on Twitter.
Archer has been in the limelight for predicting the future a few years ago with his old tweets. Even during the World Cup last year, a lot of his old tweets which exactly resembled to the happening in the mega event went viral.
3 weeks are not enough according to Jofra Archer
According to Jofra Archer’s old tweet which was done on October 23, 2017, the three-week lockdown period will not be enough. “3 weeks at home isn’t home enough,” his tweet read and it hilariously resembled to the curfew period announced by Narendra Modi this time. This tweet went viral like anything and the Indian fans were amazed to see Archer had a tweet for this situation too.

Interestingly, another tweet in which the Barbados has just mentioned the date has also gone viral. Rather the date was March 24 and this is when, on Tuesday, Modi announced the lockdown as well.

Coronavirus has brought the world to a standstill at the moment. Most of the countries across the world are under the lockdown or restricted movement. And to make things even more hilarious, Jofra Archer even had a tweet for the current situation when he had predicted that the world will have no place to run at all.
