Due to the spread of coronavirus, a lot of cricket matches have been either delayed or postponed. Due to this cricketers have being forced to stay back at home. Spending time at home has given some joy to all the cricketers who travel around the world throughout the year.
Australian batsman David Warner who is a regular feature in the national side stays away from home for most of the year. Since the suspension of cricket in the country, he is spending some quality time with his wife and their daughters.
On Monday, he uploaded a video on Instagram with his daughter. In the video, he can be seen instructing her regarding the safety measures of washing hands properly. To avoid the spread of the virus, people have been advised to maintain proper hygiene. World Health Organisation (WHO) is promoting proper washing hands for 20 seconds to help people not get contaminated by the virus.

In the video uploaded on his official Instagram page, we can see him having a conversation with his daughter. David Warner tells his daughter the importance of using a hand sanitizer. He asks her while she is using the hand sanitizer, “why do we do it?” and his daughter replies, “to kill the virus.”
Warner then added, “We gotta be very very careful. We are always gonna wash our hand with using hand sanitizer. Don’t we? we gotta use it after we touch anything.”

David Warner is one of the Australian cricketers who was the part of the ODI series against New Zealand which was cancelled due to coronavirus. He scored 67 runs in the first ODI at Sydney which was played behind the closed doors. Australia won that by 71 runs at the Sydney Cricket Ground. This was before the outbreak of the coronavirus had taken its toll. At the time of writing this article, more than 15,000 people have died due to this tremendous virus.
