Adam Zampa, the Australian leg spinner, is not very famous for his batting. But, last week he stunned everyone with his destructive batting during a match in the Australia One-Day Cup. He played a cameo-knock of 35 runs in 15 balls that helped South Australia Redbacks in winning the encounter against Queensland.
The 27-year-old took the batting crease when Redbacks had lost their seven wickets with Jake Lehmann as his partner. The team was in need of 49 runs from 27 balls with only tailenders left to come in order to bat. And, Zampa’s swashbuckling knock took the match away from Joe Burns and Co.

“I don’t even know if Dhoni would have finished that one off to be fair!”, he said and soon added, “I’m Joking! That will hurt a lot of people. I’m definitely joking, sorry. He would have finished that one-off.” Adam Zampa told.
