The match starts at 10:00 AM local time (1:30 PM IST) (8:00 AM GMT).
Pakistan Under-19s will face Sri Lanka Under-19s in the second of the two warm-up matches ahead of the U19 CWC. The Sri Lanka colts gave powerpack performance in their previous game against South Africa. Navod Paranavithana, the islander opener played a convincing knock of 68 runs and he showed some glimpses of his good form. He will look to get some more momentum in the last practice match ahead of the mega-event. Even their bowling unit also looked up to the mark as they restricted the opponent from piling good runs.
Pakistan colts also registered an emphatic win against Nigeria in their first warm-up match. They will certainly look to replicate their form in the upcoming game as well. Their opener Haider Ali played a brilliant knock of 70 runs before getting back into the pavilion. Moreover, Aamir Ali, the left-arm spinner grabbed three wickets in his previous outing. Also, he will play an important role in the next match.
There are chances of rain and it might affect the length of the match. The wind will blow at a rate of 13 to 25 km/hr whereas the temperature is expected to deviate between 16 and 25 Degree Celsius throughout the day according to Accuweather.
The pitch at Irene Villagers Cricket Club will offer a fair battle between bat and ball. Only one warm-up game has been played on this ground and the side batting first managed to score a total of 250+ runs. The same is expected in the upcoming game with fast bowlers getting some help from the track in the early phase of the match. Meanwhile, the side winning the toss will look to bat as far as the trends are concerned.
