The 2nd warm-up match of the ICC U19 World Cup U19 Series, 2020 will be played between England Under-19s and Zimbabwe Under-19s at LC de Villiers Oval in Pretoria.
Preview for Dream11 Fantasy
Zimbabwe U19 ended on the third position in the recently concluded Quadrangular series. They struggled in the early stages of the tournament but soon they managed to pull off some brilliant performances towards the end. Zimbabwe colts also defeated favourites New Zealand colts in a crucial game contested for the third place.
Dion Myers was playing in red-hot form as he muscled 179 runs in four games at an average of 44.75. He would be eager to replicate his form in the mega event as well. Even other players also did a brilliant job in the latter part of that tournament. Now, they will be fully motivated to put forward an impressive show in every department.
England Under-19s boast a strong batting line up that comprises of Jordan Cox, Sam Young and Tom Clark in the top-order. The formidable trio had done convincingly well for their side in the past and the same would be expected from in their first warm-up game in ICC U19 World Cup. Also, their bowling unit looks quite settled with the likes of Lewis Goldsworthy, Blake Cullen and Scott Currie. They look quite favourites to win the game against Zimbabwe colts.
There are no chances of rain on the match day and it is expected to be a perfect full-length match. The wind will blow at a rate between 7 and 17 km/hr whereas the temperature is expected to deviate between 18 and 28 Degree Celsius throughout the day according to Accuweather.
There is no accurate information available over the behaviour of the pitch but it is expected to offer a good fight between bat and ball. Looking forward to the firepower present in both the sides, it is expected to be an enthralling encounter with at least a score of 260+ runs on this ground.
