1 – Shikhar Dhawan is the first Indian to score more than 40 runs in a T20I game while batting first at a strike below 100. Gautam Gambhir (56* off 60 @ 93.33 SR) and Virat Kohli (49 off 51 @ 96.07) also had 40+ scores in T20Is under 100 strike rate but during successful chases of low targets.
6.54 – The run rate of Mushfiqur Rahim and Soumya Sarkar’s partnership; the 2nd lowest in a 50-run stand for Bangladesh in the T20I format. Mahmudullah and Nasir Hossain added 50 runs in 7.4 overs at 6.52 in the 2012 WT20 against New Zealand. The Bangla team were 37/4 before the stand between Mahmudullah and Nasir.

1 – This is the first time that Bangladesh has won a T20I game without both Shakib Al Hasan and Tamim Iqbal in the playing XI. Bangladesh played three T20I matches without the duo in the past. They recorded scores over 180 in all the three matches but lost all those.

1000 – This T20I between India and Bangladesh in Delhi was the 1000th International Twenty20 game in Men’s cricket. India alone hosted 78 of those; the 4th most number of T20Is in a country.
