Jimmy Neesham just cannot stop entertaining fans on Twitter. The New Zealand all-rounder is arguably the most popular cricketer on Twitter and it is not at all surprising. Every now and then, he comes up with a tweet that leaves his thousands of followers in splits. Unlike other cricketers, Neesham also likes to interact with his fans more often than not.
And in his latest tweet, he has not even spared his own teammate Jeet Raval. New Zealand are currently in Australia for the ongoing three-match Test series. Both the teams are currently locking horns in the first Test at the Perth Stadium. And as the players were busy on the field, Jimmy Neesham took to Twitter to have some fun at the expense of his own compatriot.
Neesham brutally mocked Raval for not having a big sponsor’s name on his bat as he compared his condition with that of Australia star Steve Smith while writing: “I love the contrast between the Aussies and us. Smith has a bat sticker of his multi million dollar mattress investment. Jeety has a bat sticker of the accounting firm he works for in the winter.”

Australia on top
Talking about the match, Australia are well on top in the ongoing game. After scoring 416 runs in the first innings, the home side bundled the visitors out for just 166 runs. Mitchell Starc was the wrecker in chief for them as he picked five wickets for just 52 runs. Ross Taylor scored a half-century for the Kiwis but New Zealand conceded a hefty 250-run lead in the first innings.
Australia have continued to dominate with the bat in the second innings and look set to extend their lead beyond 400 runs. It will also be interesting to see if they will declare today itself and have a go at the visitors in the final session under the lights with the new ball.
