Several cricketers including Rohit Sharma and Yuzvendra Chahal have also posted several clips about their routine amid the lockdown. Many cricketers are also trying out new looks during their quarantine period.

Kapil Dev is regarded as one of the best all-rounders
“I had seen Vivian Richard’s look on Instagram. He’s my hero, so I thought ‘Why not?’ let me follow my hero. I love Dhoni also. He is also my hero. After the 2011 World Cup, he had shaved off all his hair too. So I decided one day I will also do the same. Now I got the chance do and I did,” Kapil Dev told Sports Tak while talking about the lockdown makeover he got from his daughter at home.
Dev is regarded as one of the best all-rounders and skipper that India has ever produced. He played 131 Tests and 225 ODIs scoring 5,248 and 3783 runs respectively. Along with amassing runs with his willow, Dev also scalped 434 and 253 wickets in the two formats respectively. Moreover, he led India to their first-ever World Cup in 1983 where the Men in Blue lifted the trophy after defeating a dominant West Indies side in the final of the mega-event.
Meanwhile, the commencement of sporting action looks bleak due to the increasing spread of COVID-19. The life-threatening virus has taken the lives of 2 lakh people across the globe and has forced most governments to enforce lockdowns in their respective countries. Talking about India, the country has witnessed over 25,000 positive cases so far. Considering the stern situation, the possibility of commencement of IPL 2020 in the near future looks slim.
