Corona forced lockdown period isn’t really going really well for the world including cricket where most of the activities are on halt but the same period has turned as a blessing in a disguise for some cricketers. Indian star spinner Yuzvendra Chahal is among one of them and after his engagement with lady love Dhanashree Verma, his happiness knows no bounds.

The spinner got engaged amid closest family members to YouTuber and doctor Dhanashree on 8^th of this month. Both of them took the same pictures along with the same caption to their Instagram handle to spread the good news to their fans.

Posing with family members, the duo captioned the post as, “We said ‘Yes’ along with our families #rokaceremony.” While Dhanashree looked adorable donning light purple embroidered outfit. Chahal looked perfect in an off white designer Kurta.

What has changed post Yuzvendra Chahal’s engagement?

Well, if you noticed with a keen eye, the bowler  is all floored, and can’t stop showing love for his fiance. Soon after he got engaged, he posted a lovely picture with the dancer and captioned it as “Thank you, everyone, for all your good wishes and blessings.” In another post on Instagram just 4 days back, Chahal posed with his love where he can be seen posing a heart and she is sitting cutely beside him. It was captioned as “We keep this love in a photograph.”

Though Yuzi remains quite active on social media, he has started a lot after after his engagement and has Dhanshree by his side in most of the  pictures. Well, it speaks volumes about the love cricketer has in his heart for to-be wife. Along being a doctor professionally, Dhanashree is an amazing dancer with her channel on YouTube with million-plus subscribers.

Lockdown period has taken a toll on people’s health but simultaneously people have found their share of joys on the way. Another cricketer who got absolutely blessed during this while was Hardik Pandya who welcomed his little bundle of joy on 30^th of July. He welcomed a baby boy with actress and model Natasa Stankovic and shared his extreme pleasure through a post on Instagram. During the starting of the lockdown period, Suresh Raina was also blessed with a baby boy.
