Jaydev Unadkat and Chesterwar Pujara share a very close friendship. Over the years, the two stalwarts have done exceptionally well for their domestic side of Saurashtra. In the Ranji Trophy final last month, Pujara scored 66 runs from 237 balls at a strike rate of 27.85.
Though it was one of the slowest innings in that match, Pujara has always been known for his patience on the crease. Captain Unadkat though didn’t have anything to complain about as the innings helped their side to get to a great total in their first innings, which eventually helped them to get win the title. Unadkat had a record Ranji season as he picked up 67 wickets, most ever by any pacer.
