Ahead of the second Test against Australia in Melbourne, starting from December 26, the Indian team received a massive boost as their ace all-rounder Ravindra Jadeja has regained his full fitness and is ready to take the field. Jadeja had suffered hamstring and concussion in the first T20I against Australia and hence was ruled out of the whole T20I series.
In the same light, he was also not available for selection in the first Test at Adelaide Oval where India had suffered a humiliating defeat against Australia by 8 wickets. They had also made an unwanted record of scoring India’s lowest total in the purest format of the game by getting bundled out for 36 in the second innings.
As the left-arm spinner returned to the Indian camp after getting completely fit, he took to his official Twitter handle to share a photo of himself enjoying a cup of coffee under the sun. However, the caption used by Jadeja made him a laughing stock among the Twitterati as he soon started trending on social media.
Sharing his photo, Jadeja had written, “Coffee, because it’s too early for wine.”

Seeing the caption, the Indian cricket fans advised Jadeja to maintain distance from the team’s head coach Ravi Shastri. People gave this advice to the all-rounder after he wrote about drinking wine. Notably, Shastri is widely known for his love for consuming alcohol. The former Indian cricketer is the favorite target of trollers and memers as he is mostly seen with a beer in his hand on social occasions.
Here’s how Twitter reacted

Be careful talking about fine liquids like wine. If you duck out in the next match they'll blame your drinking problem. Ask your coach. 😁

Team India to make a lot of changes in their playing XI
After suffering an annihilation in the first Test, the Men in Blue are expected to make a plethora of changes in their playing XI. It is speculated that Prithvi Shaw, who is suffering from horrendous form, will be replaced by young Shubman Gill at the top as he had shown promise in the two practice games against Australia A.
Further, India will also have to make two forced changes in the form of KL Rahul and Mohammed Siraj as Indian skipper Virat Kohli and Mohammed Shami aren’t available for the rest of the series. While Virat is on paternity leave, Shami had been ruled out after sustaining a fracture in his bowling arm.
It is yet to be seen if Ravindra Jadeja will get a place in the playing XI of the second Test as the spinner Ravichandran Ashwin had done exceedingly well in the Adelaide Test.
