India skipper Virat Kohli is currently in the Caribbeans for the full-fledged series against West Indies. The series started earlier this month and almost everything have gone India’s way so far. In the three-match T20I series, India came out on top on all occasions. The Men in Blue thrashed the reigning T20I world champions to inflict a whitewash on them. India’s winning run in the Caribbeans came to a halt on Thursday when the first ODI was washed out. Only 13 overs were possible before the umpires called the game off.
Kohli, nonetheless, is in a very cheerful mood in the Caribbeans. The India star has been making the most of his time in the picturesque islands. In the first ODI in Guyana, Kohli had looked in a cheerful mood despite the inclement weather. He was seen dancing all around the part, much to the delight of the fans. Kohli, in fact, was seen shaking his legs with the fans as well as Chris Gayle.
Kohli has now become the latest cricketer to join the Bottle Cap Challenge bandwagon. Before him, the likes of Shikhar Dhawan, Yuvraj Singh and Jofra Archer had also taken up the challenge. In the video, Kohli can be seen trying the Bottle Cap Challenge with his bat and aces it. What made the video even more interesting is an old commentary of current India coach Ravi Shastri.
“He’s a got a wide range of shots, what is he doing to do,” Shastri can be heard saying when the video begins. As soon as Kohli removes the Bottle Cap, Shastri can be heard saying “Oh, what a shot that is, a flick of the wrist and way he goes, what a shot”.
Kohli took to Twitter to post the video, writing, “Better late than never”.

India eye to continue fine run
Virat Kohli, nonetheless, will be looking to make sure his team continue the winning run in the Caribbeans. A win in the second ODI on Sunday will give India an unassailable lead in the three-match series. After the ODIs, India will take on the hosts in a two-match Test series, starting on August 22.
