He took the name of the former Australian skipper Mark Waugh and former Indian cricketer Rahul Dravid.
The 48-year-old has umpired in many matches of India and Taufel was questioned if he could remember any Hindi words. He funnily responded saying that he picked a couple of words that were ‘Bas- Bas’ and ‘Thoda-Thoda’. During the rapid-fire, Taufel was also asked to take the names of three players that were quite dangerous to be facing as an umpire.
He had no second thoughts in his mind while picking the batsmen as he took the name of West Indian opener Chris Gayle, former Indian opener Virender Sehwag and current Aussie opener David Warner.
