The 30th match of the Women’s Super Smash 2019-20 will be played between Canterbury Magicians and Otago Sparks at the Hagley Oval in Christchurch.
The match starts at 12:40 PM local time (11:40 PM GMT – Prev Day) (5:10 AM IST).
This game can be viewed on Star Sports Select 1 SD/HD in India. Live streaming available on Hotstar.
The Canterbury Magicians finally got few wins under their belt as they have won two of their last three matches after six straight defeats. Both the wins for the Magicians came against the Northern Spirit who finished the tournament with seven consecutive losses. The Magicians will end their campaign on Tuesday where they take on the Otago Sparks. This will be the last match of the league phase before the Sparks face off the Auckland Hearts in the playoff final.
No threat from rain is forecasted at the Hagley Oval for the last league match to be played on Tuesday.
The Hayley Oval can be considered as a high-scoring venue as the last season witnessed two 160+ totals by batting first teams. In the ongoing edition, we had successful chases of 138 and 126. If Otago Sparks bat first on Tuesday, we could see a big total coming from them.

Since there is no significance for this match towards the playoff chances, both the teams could be seen giving chances to younger players. But as both teams retained their line-ups from last game, we might see top players dropping down themselves in the batting order and bowl fewer overs. Otago Sparks are likely to follow this custom ahead of the playoff final.
Otago Sparks are expected to get better of the Canterbury Magicians in the last league match.
