There’s no cricket match going around for the time being. The sporting world has come to a standstill and a number of channels have been premiering historic matches from the past. The International Cricket Council (ICC) has been trying its heart out to keep the fans engaged. Recently, they put forth a kind of brain-tester for its fans on the social media platforms.

They shared a picture with faces of Virat Kohli and KL Rahul, two of India’s most prolific batsmen. However, in the photo, Kohli’s face appeared only once with Rahul dominating the show. The apex cricket board challenged the netizens to find out Kohli’s sole picture amidst the sea of Rahuls.

James Neesham’s witty message

Captioning the picture, the ICC wrote, “Can you spot Virat Kohli in this sea of KL Rahuls?” In the meantime, James Neesham, the New Zealand all-rounder, took a sly dig at the ICC for their post.

Replying to the post, Neesham wrote, “You guys have really lost the plot”. Neesham puts forth witty messages on social media from time to time and the reply wasn’t surprising. Even KL Rahul replied on the post with a laughing emoji

The ICC of late has been premiering some old games to keep their fans engaged. On Monday, March 30, they showed the final of the 2014 World T20 between India and Sri Lanka. At the Sher-e-Bangla National Stadium in Mirpur, the Men in Blue lost the match at the hands of the Islanders.

Virat Kohli’s sparkling half-century couldn’t save India from evading defeat in the crunch game. On March 31, the ICC showed the historic match between England and Bangladesh at the Adelaide Oval. The Tigers needed a victory to make the quarter-finals of the mega event for the maiden occasion.

Mahmudullah Riyad notched a century and guided the Tigers to a thunderous victory. In the penultimate over of the encounter, Rubel Hossain rattled James Anderson and James Tredwell’s woodwork to seal the fate of the game. The Three Lions were knocked out of the World Cup.
