In a shocking turn of events on Tuesday morning two people accused of blackmailing a former Formula 1 team principal have been acquitted without hearing. Ryan Hilton, 42, from Maidenhead, and Sarah Westbury, 31, from Slough, were supposed to go to court on Tuesday.

They were accused of trying to get money from a former team boss. Notably, the charges were made in March at East Berkshire Magistrates Court. However, on Tuesday, the case was closed suddenly as reported by RacingNews365.

According to the news report both Hilton and Westbury weren't present in the courtroom and the decision was taken without any proceeding. Notably, Hilton was charged with two fraud counts and stalking because of things he did on social media. On the other hand, Westbury was charged with one fraud count.

Why did the Judge stop the case?

Despite being one of the serious crimes the case was dismissed within minutes. The decision came without any interference from either side. The Judge moved to other cases without citing any reason for acquittal.

Meanwhile, despite several requests from the media agency to speak about the issue the Crown Prosecution Services, involved in the case, didn’t give a response keeping things unclear. Meanwhile, the identity of the F1 face involved in the case has not been reported considering the privacy issues.

Apart from these ongoing courtroom dramata of a former F1 team principal two current team principals are involved in a verbal spat. After the recently concluded Miami Grand Prix, the long-time rivals Toto Wolff and Christian Hornor verbally spat.

Horner slammed Wolff after the Mercedes chief said that he is seeing multiple Red Bull CVs for all job roles. In response, Horner said that Wolff should be worried about his issues and also reminded him of losing 200 engine personnel to Red Bull
