In the 2023/24 NBA season, the Golden State Warriors are going through tough times as they are placed in the 10 position in the West Conference, while they have secured the play-in spot in the NBA tournament. 

On Wednesday, against Orland Magic, Golden State Warriors received the big deal as Draymond Green was ejection in the final four minutes of the game Golden State Warriors won the match by 101-93. Green's dismissal was an iconic moment for Warriors star Stephen Curry. He was extremely upset after his friend had tossed him, pulling his shirt over his face and rubbing it.

Getting back-to-back technical fouls and arguing about the foul with officials led to Draymond Green's removal from the game. Draymond Green's removal marked his fourth removal of the season as he has played in 47 NBA games. Further, he also missed 21 games due to suspension. On November 14, Draymond Green got his first suspension against the Minnesota Timberwolves match as he grabbed Rudy Gobert around the neck. Draymond Green went on to miss 16 NBA games due to this.

Curry emerged from his jersey, red-eyed, leaving many wondering how distressed he was about having to lead the Warriors without Green. Stephen Curry was frustrated as Draymond Green had to leave the court. Curry approached the Warriors bench after his friend was thrown and repeatedly shook his head as Trayce Jackson-Davis attempted to comfort him.

Curry rubbed his eyes through his jersey after exiting the bench. He became red-faced after a few seconds, prompting many to assume he was crying. In the postgame media meet in the Golden State Warriors locker room Stephen Curry talked about why he was so upset about Draymond Green's dismissal.

"We know how important this part of the season is [for] our ability to get into a rhythm and secure a play-in opportunity and give ourselves a shot," Curry explained. "You don't wanna have self-inflicted wounds when it comes to that."
