Additionally, Jonas Valančiūnas contributed 17 points and grabbed 10 rebounds, while Trey Murphy III added 15 points and Herbert Jones scored 11 crucial points, altering the course of the match with a 45-28 run.

Despite Giannis Antetokounmpo's impressive performance of 35 points and 14 rebounds, supported by Malik Beasley's 20 points, the Bucks fell short. In the third quarter, Milwaukee attempted a comeback, with Beasley's 3-pointer reducing the deficit to 66-53 with just 8 minutes remaining. Although the Bucks attempted to close the gap in the fourth quarter, consecutive shots from Larry Nance Jr. and Trey Murphy III extended the Pelicans' lead to 85-73.

In the final quarter, the Pelicans seized control as Williamson and Valančiūnas extended the lead to 91-80. With just 2 minutes remaining, Williamson's clutch plays secured an eight-point lead, sealing the victory for the New Orleans Pelicans. Meanwhile, the Milwaukee Bucks aim to bounce back in their next game.
