T20 World Cup 2024: 4 Possible Opening Duos for Team Australia

While the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2024 is at its peak, players from across the world have participated in the tournament. In this season of IPL, we have Travis Head, David Warner, Jake Fraser-McGurk, Mitchell Marsh, Glenn Maxwell, Mitchell Starc, Cameron Green, Pat Cummins, Spencer Johnson, and Marcus Stoinis from Australia, who have performed amazingly so far. 

While Mitchell Marsh is ruled out of the IPL due to a hamstring injury, he is looking to join the Australia camp as the Captain for the upcoming T20 World Cup 2024. Ahead of the World Cup, Australia should be happy to have a team where all the players are in red-hot form and looking to smash the bowlers in front of them.

Coming to David Warner, even though he hasn't maintained his performance, with the amount of experience he has, he can get past his bad phase and jump to the scoring runs and hitting boundaries and sixes. Jake Fraser McGurk is an amazing player and has played extremely well in this year's IPL season. Being his debut season, it didn't look like he was playing IPL for the first time as he is in red-hot form. Australia will be hoping for him to continue this form.
