On Monday, the Kiwis brought in two young kids, Matilda and Angus, as hosts who cutely made squad announcements. The confidence with which they announced the squad was quite commendable and pleasing to watch for everyone. This initiative taken by the Black Caps was appreciated by people across the world.
This time the Kiwis are entering the World Cup with an experienced side including players like Tim Southee, Jimmy Neesham, Trent Boult and the captain, Kane Williamson. Kane has been an asset to the New Zealand team and has made valuable contributions all these years. The team also has some young players who can fire up and help the Kiwis win the contest.
