Pakistan Cricket Team is currently struggling through a dismal run of form as they have failed to perform even against the ‘second-string’ New Zealand team led by Michael Bracewell in the five-match T20I series. The two teams are currently participating in a five-match T20I series in Pakistan. After getting the first match ended without any result, the hosts Pakistan won the 2nd T20I.

But later, they faced a big embarrassment as the less experienced New Zealand side defeated them consecutively in the third and fourth T20I of the series by 7 wickets and 4 runs, respectively. Pakistan failed to chase down the 18 runs in the last over of James Neesham in the fourth T20I.

Meanwhile, what seemed to be most disheartening were the visuals of young kids crying and breaking down into tears after the ‘full strength’ home team lost to the ‘second string’ Blackcaps.

The video of kids crying in the stands after Pakistan’s defeat also started making rounds on social media as soon as a Pakistan journalist shared the pictures on X (formerly Twitter).

Here’s a look at Kids in tears after NZ defeated Pakistan 4th T20I:
