Virtus.pro swoops electroNic

Following his departure from Cloud9, Virtus.pro announced the acquisition of electroNic who will now be playing in the ESL Pro League S19 under the leadership of Jame. As VP mentions, electroNic is an old veteran in the Counter-Strike scene who played alongside the best during his time in NaVi.

“Virtus.pro is a top team. The core of the roster won a Major not while ago, and all the players are in their prime and ready for victories right now. We share the same ambitions and goals. Besides, I’m also excited about the idea of playing with Jame, as he’s one of the most unique IGLs in the game,” said electroNic in his statement.

With his addition, VP have now benched Nikolay "mir" Bityukov who will remain as a substitute. The team hopes to have a greater impact in the upcoming tournament. VP also revealed that Mir is open to offers from other teams.
