KRÜ Esports, an Argentine esports organization founded by Sergio Agüero and co-owned by Lionel Messi, is currently dominating their group at the ongoing Valorant Champions Tour (VCT) 2024: Americas Stage 1.

A total of 15 teams are currently competing in the group stage in two single round-robin groups. KRÜ Esports, who is in group alpha, have won all four of their matches in a dominating fashion. The opponents included 100 Thieves, Leviatán, Evil Geniuses and LOUD.

KRÜ Esports dominated LOUD

Their most recent win was against LOUD, where the team once again managed to put up a great show for the audience in the best of three matchups. Opening with KRÜ Esports’ pick Split, the team did not have a good first half as it leaned heavily towards LOUD.

Still, the team had a good chance at a comeback, and that’s what they did. Keznit, heat and Klaus who were being shut down on the defending side came alive when attacking and helped KRÜ win back-to-back rounds. LOUD only managed to pick up one pistol round on the defending side, leading to a 13-8 victory for KRÜ Esports.

The second map was LOUD’s pick on Ascent, however, KRÜ still managed to get an upper hand early on. LOUD did activate in the middle, but once the momentum hit KRÜ, they were unstoppable with back-to-back round wins leading to another victory again at a 13-8 scoreline.

With two matches in their pocket in a best-of-three, the team secured their fourth flawless win. Celebrating the occasion, Lionel Messi also posted a story on his Instagram account.

KRÜ Esports still have two more matches remaining against Leviatán and 100 Thieves. The fans have high hopes from the team to keep up the performance moving forward. Maintaining the top spot in their group will also give them a direct spot in the upper bracket semifinals in playoffs.
