There is no shortage when it comes to esports titles in 2024. Thousands of people tune in to watch esports tournaments just like they watch any other sports event. However, a few of them have made themselves exceptionally popular.

The viewership for any esports title will also tell how popular these esports titles are among gamers. Here are the five games with the highest concurrent viewership record till date:

10. Minecraft

Minecraft may not be the biggest esports title in terms of prize money, but there are still a lot of fans. So much so that the game still holds the 10th spot in terms of live viewers. This happened during the MC Championship #15 when the count reached over 913k.

Previously going by two versions, Arena of Valor, and Honor of Kings, this MOBA title has been slowly climbing the ranks of popularity. Probably the youngest esports title, Valorant took the esports world by storm. Players had a lot of expectations from Riot Games, who delivered on it. The game was an upgrade from the existing tactical shooters in most of the things. The Valorant Champions 2022 saw an impressive 1.5 million peak viewers.

Mobile Legends is considered one of the best mobile MOBA titles thanks to its striking similarity with League. One of the biggest advantages it has is the ability to play it anywhere. Naturally, esports also became huge with the rise of mobile gaming. During the M5 World Championship, the game saw over 5 million live viewers.

Free Fire was once the most popular Battle Royale title. The first-ever esports tournament for the game was held back in 2019. It was great but wasn’t the best. The following year saw cancellation due to COVID-19, however, the tournament came back in 2021 as the Free Fire World Series and gained a whopping 5.4 million live viewers.
