Manchester City will be facing Real Madrid in the 2nd leg of the UEFA Champions League quarter-finals. The defending champions had a brilliant game in the 1st leg at the Santiago Bernabeu as the game ended in a 3-3 draw. The scintillating game of football was enjoyed by both fans as it was an end-to-end game with the goals galore. City will be back at their home ground on Wednesday night for the reverse fixture.

Previously when these two sides met at the Etihad Stadium in the semi-final of the UCL last season, the reigning champions had the upper hand against them, they handed over a 4-0 defeat to the Los Blancos, with Bernardo Silva scoring a brace and earning the Player of the Match as well. The Portuguese midfielder has already scored at Bernabeu as he caught Andriy Lunin off the line during the 2nd minute of the game.

Silva will be a player to watch out for the most successful European side of all time, as he might create trouble for Carlo Ancelotti's side with his dancing feet. Ahead of the clash, the 29-year-old footballer has dropped an ambitious comment and has said winning consecutive trebles is a huge motivation for the club and he would love to achieve the same as well.

Can City to 'Double Treble'?

Last season the Sky Blues won the treble after they secured the UCL, along with the English Premier League and the FA Cup as well. In the ongoing season, they are at the top of the league table with 73 points and two points ahead of Arsenal and Liverpool after matchday 32, the only thing they have to do is to win all their 6 remaining games to win the PL for the fourth consecutive year. On the other hand, they also have qualified for the semi-final of the FA Cup and will be facing Chelsea.

They have the chance of winning the two domestic cups and are the favourites to do so. But the UCL challenge against Madrid will be a tough one for the side as everyone knows that Ancelotti's side are one of the most dangerous when it comes to European competitions.
