Bayer Leverkusen have been in amazing form in the ongoing season. The German champions are in 46 games unbeaten run across all competitions and they already have become the champions for the first time of the club's 120 years club history. Xabi Alonso have been excellent with his tactical abilities and changes he made in the squad. Leverkusen faced VFB Stuttgart at home on Saturday. The third placed side scored two early second half goals after the first 45 minutes was scoreless.

Alonso's side will be up against FC Kaiserslautern and AS Roma are their rivals in the semifinals of the Europa League. The German club have 25 wins and six draws after 31 Bundesliga matches scoring, 127 goal across all competitons which is quite amazing. 

The season for the club has been more than extraordinary, and with the Spanish manager they will like to keep the momentum in the next season as well. Stuttgart are third on 64, five behind second-placed Bayern Munich. Leverkusen are top on 81 points. The treble for 'The Black and Reds' are currently on because as they have two finals ahead of them. Xabi's side are 3 more matches away to make history. The German club will match the performance of the Arsenal Invincibles in 2003/2004 or Juventus in 2011/2012, if they continue their unbeaten run.
