Harry Kane breaks silence, speaks out on early release by Arsenal at the age of 9

Bayern Munich striker Harry Kane was released by Arsenal when he was 9 years of age. Since then, he has been on a mission of taking revenge. During his time in the Premier League, Harry Kane joined Arsenal's arch-rival Tottenham Hotspur. However, Harry Kane has scored 15 goals from 20 appearances against Arsenal across all tournaments as Tottenham and now Bayern Munich player.

In the transfer of 2023, Harry Kane left his childhood club Tottenham Hotspurs and joined German champion Bayern Munich. He became the second highest scorer in the Premier League as he scored 213 goals from 320 appearances and for Tottenham Hotspur, he scored 280 goals from 435 appearances.

In the most recent clash between him and Arsenal in the first leg of the UEFA Champions League at London Harry Kane scored a goal as the match ended in a 2-2 draw.  During the press conference, Harry Kane expressed his feelings about playing against Arsenal after being rejected as a kid.

Arsenal academy manager Liam Brady talked about Harry Kane as “was a bit chubby, he wasn’t very athletic but we made a mistake.” As per AP News, Harry Kane stated that “I don’t think specifically I look back to that and think that because I was released at 9 years old, I really need to make a difference tomorrow.” “Now I’m at Bayern Munich, it’s just they are a top team in the Champions League.

Meanwhile, Harry Kane and Bayern Munich are ready to take on Arsenal in the second leg of the UEFA Champions League at their home stadium. On Tuesday Premier League match Arsenal captain Martin Odegaard was substituted in the second half against Aston Villa due to an injury but he has been seen in training ground for the clash against Bayern Munich.

For Bayern Munich, it’s the only piece of trophy to win in this current season as they have lost Bundesliga title to Bayer Leverkusen earlier this week.
