Borussia Dortmund qualified for the UEFA Champions League final after a decade beating Paris Saint-Germain in the semi-final on Tuesday. The German side came to Parc des Princes with a 1-0 lead from the first leg, they did not start the match as expected as the home side pressured higher up the pitch and created problems for the away side but Edin Terzic's side was compact and hit back in the counter-attack. After having a decent domestic season 'The Yellow and Blacks still managed to qualify for the final.

Mats Hummels who was the lone scorer for the game had another amazing display against the French side, as he did his defensive duties well and even managed to score a goal and make the lead 2-0 on aggregate as the veteran led the side to yet another final of the UCL, he was present the last time when the side qualified.

The 35-year-old is one of the player among the team who qualified for the second final for the club, after 11 years and a ban in 2012/13 they lost to Bayern Munich in the final at Wembley and this time also the ultimate game was set to be played at the same stadium as they might face their arch-rivals and have redemption of the previous finale.

Now is a good time to add to that number: Mats Hummels

The German centre back after the win believes in the team and feels that they can win the trophy this time around. He said DAZN via Uefa.com, "I've scored far too few Champions League goals in my career, just five. Now is a good time to add to that number." "Since the second match of the group stage, we've believed that we could prevail in every game - and I don't see why we shouldn't win at Wembley now. We remained active today and were able to take so much pace out of the game and atmosphere out of the stadium. That was our recipe for success today."

Marco Reus who was also a part of the 2013 final loss came in as a substitute in the game, and the fans want the club to win it for the creative midfielder as he already announced his departure as a free agent from the club after 12 years of his spell at Germany. Reus has been a legend for the club and he would love to have a fairytale farewell by winning the UCL.
