Real Madrid hosted Bayern Munich in the UEFA Champions League semi-final 2nd leg at Santiago Bernabeu. The reverse fixture was 2-2 draw at the Allianz Arena with all to play in the 2nd leg. The home side were the favourites to win the game but ahead of the game there was as Jude Bellingham underwent late treatment on a knee issue to ensure he is fit to play in the important game on Wednesday. The creative midfielder have been amazing in the season for the club.

However he did not have his best time in the UCL quarter-finals and the semi-final 1st leg as well. He left the Madrid camp in order to have a painkilling injections to treat a pain in his knee on the day of the game. 

The 20-year-old midfielder was given clearance from the medical team to  to play and has been named in the starting XI for the clash on Wednesday. He will be crucial member for the side in the all important game, with the form he has been carrying in the season. 

Madrid eyes for a ticket to Wembley 

The Los Blancos won their 36th league title after beating Cadiz 3-0 at home with four matches to spare. They will be looking for a double by qualifying for the final and win their 15th UCL title. Carlo Ancelotti's side when it comes to the European competition have been the favourites as they defeated Manchester City against all the odds in the quarter-finals of the tournament. 

They will be hoping to win the game on Wednesday and get their ticket for Wembley to play against Borussia Dortmund. For many players of the club the game might be the last home game for the side as they might leave the club after the end of the season.
