Mike Santana to re-join TNA, executives confirm big signing

TNA: Mike Santana has confirmed his return to TNA. After being a great tag team champion in the past, he is likely to have a single run on his return to the company.

TNA has confirmed the re-signing of Mike Santana. In the latest PPV event of TNA, Santana returned and made a huge statement. At Rebellion, Santana defeated Steven Maclin in the excitement of the fans. The former tag team champion delivered a discus lariat and claimed an impressive win over the former world champion. The fans were happy to see Mike back in action.

After the match, Santana confirmed his return to TNA. In 2019, Santana was with TNA for the last time. He is a 4-time tag team champion and has a record for his title run with LAX. The duo lasted as champions for 662 days, which is more than 100 days as compared to the second pair in the list. Beer Money, the 5-time champions, are second on the list. 

In the press conference, Santana expressed his happiness about his return. Mike felt happy for doing everything he wished for on his own terms. Mike claimed that he was back home and added that there is no better feeling than performing in the ring and beating a former world champion. He then made his intentions clear about his second run in TNA. 

'I’m here for the top spot' - Mike Santana

Santana added that he is back in TNA to win the world championship. After being a great tag team champion, the focus of Mike is to have a great singles run. Santana issued a stern warning to all the major champions by saying that they would not have a great time enjoying their space any longer. After the Rebellion, Santana confirmed that he was back for the top spot.

"I’m here for the top spot. So, everybody watching, everybody that’s sitting high in their tree, everybody that’s sitting comfortably, take a look at me. I’m gonna be real, I’m gonna say it to you now so that there’s no he said, she said," Mike said in the press conference. In the days to come, one can get to see whether Mike gets what he wishes to achieve on his return.
