The main draw of the Madrid Open has started and now there are plenty of stars who will be involved. So far most of the big superstars have gone on to win their games comfortably and moved on to the next round. This will be another opportunity for the players to win another title in this gruelling clay season so far. There are big expectations from them since they are favourites to win as well.

The one player who is a clear favourite is the Greek God Stefanos Tsitsipas. After a disappointing start in the Australian Open, Tsitsipas has found some form in the ATP tour. The last two tournaments have been great for him where he won his third Monte Carlo title and reached the finals of the Barcelona Open. This is his chance to win another ATP tournament in which he has made it to the semi-finals in 2022 and the finals in 2019.

Tsitsipas playing it cool

Tsitsipas will start his Madrid Open season tomorrow where he will be facing lower seeded Brazilian player Thiago Monteiro. It is no surprise that he has already started training, but the footage that we have gotten is not only showing him playing some great forehands and backhands but also showing his cool avatar. Tsitsipas was training with some shades which has gone viral on social media. Some people like the new style, but also people who are questioning this way of training terming it as being cringy.

Watch the video below:

There might be a lot of responses on social media but no matter what Tsitsipas will show what he is made of on the field. Even in the practice footage he was looking confident and will hope to finally get his second ATP clay title of the season. Let us hope that the talented Greek does not take it too cool when it comes to match day since he is one of the complete favourites to win the ATP 1000 tournament.
