5. WrestleMania 36 – Brock Lesnar vs Drew McIntyre

Amidst the COVID outbreak, WrestleMania 36 was hosted under the restrictions and guidelines of quarantine. It was also organised without an audience in a live capacity and it became the first-ever WrestleMania in history to be hosted without any audience.

Apart from that, WrestleMania 36 also witnessed one of the worst moments for the fans who were following the event virtually.

Everybody was expecting a big and longer clash between The Beast Incarnate Brock Lesnar and Drew McIntyre. This match eventually became a disappointment for the fans as it ended only in 6 minutes. This ‘end’ of the main event can be ranked as one of the worst moments in WrestleMania any day.

4. WrestleMania 34 – Brock Lesnar vs Roman Reigns

The two fierce rivals Brock Lesnar and Roman Reigns were set to take on each other in the main event of the WWE Universal Championship in WrestleMania 34. Most of the wrestling experts understood that the motive of this event was to make Roman Reigns more prominent in the WWE Universe.

The match saw a tough battle between Reigns and Lesnar as the latter ended up claiming his title with an F-5 for the sixth time. However, this showdown didn’t go down well with some of the fans and they started booing it with chants like, “Boring”, “awful” and whatnot. The fans throwing beach balls made this clash to be registered as the worst moment in the main event of WrestleMania.

3. WrestleMania 33 - Roman Reigns vs The Undertaker

The Tribal Chief came up as a challenger against The Undertaker WrestleMania 33’s ‘No holds barred’ match which was also the main event of this particular edition. A lot of experts opined that the company attempted to stage Roman Reigns among the greatest-ever wrestlers in WWE history.

Undertaker was struggling to get going in this match as he couldn’t find himself comfortable in the ring. Eventually, Roman ended up winning the match with his conclusive spear at The Undertaker. Furthermore, what happened was something that drove the fans emotionally as Taker took off his gloves, alongside his coat and hat in the ring’s middle to hint about the end of the road for him in WWE. It made the fans boo out Roman Reigns as it was a sort of tease for them to see Undertaker retiring from the ring.

2. WrestleMania 27 – John Cena vs The Miz

This edition of WrestleMania was hosted by one and only Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson. The main event of WrestleMania was a battle for the WWE Championship between John Cena and The Mix. However, this clash saw a lot of chaos in the middle of the fight. It all started after The Rock intervened in the fight.

So, Rock’s interference ended up majorly favouring The Miz and he claimed the Title after defeating John Cena. Subsequently, it drew a lot of criticism from the company as they didn’t stage this match as the main event of WrestleMania 27.

1. WrestleMania 32 – Roman Reigns vs Triple H

8 years back on April 3, 2016, WrestleMania 32 was one of the highly anticipated showdowns in WWE Universe at that time. Roman Reigns was the highlighted face in the company at that time and a lot of showdowns were staged to project him as the best in-ring WWE superstar.

In the same line of events, the battle for the WWE World Heavyweight Championship was projected as the main event in WrestleMania 32. In this clash, Roman Reigns came up as a challenger against Triple H for the title, which the latter had won in the Royal Rumble 2016.
